Delivery Terms
These delivery Terms are applied to private orders with place of delivery to one of the following countries:

Czech Republic

If you wish to receive our products in a country not listed above, please write us an email at info@riserva.it and we will inform you about the service we can provide and the shipping costs.

Shipment typically occurs two business day after the order (respectively the payment) is received. Delivery time can be up to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Information regarding the calculation of the delivery deadline:
In the case of prepayment, delivery time starts the day after the bank has received your payment authorization. For all other payment methods, delivery time starts the day after signing the contract and ends on the last day of the delivery deadline. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or a generally recognized holiday at the place of delivery, the delivery deadlines moves to the next business day.

Shipping service and costs

Depending on the delivery country, your order is being sent with one of below shipping services:

The delivery costs are indicated for you during the product selection and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products.

*For customers outside the European Community: your local customs department may charge you taxes/duties. These are not included in our shipping cost! Check with your local customs department about the level of these costs, to avoid nasty surprises.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are handled in a few simple steps:

Step 1: Send us an email or call us describing the reason of return and your proposed action. Maybe you would like another colour, product, refund or credit on your next order.

Step 2: Securely package the product, adding your name and a copy or short summary of our communication in the box.

Step 3: Send it to us, preferably with an insured shipping service. The shipping costs are on you so many choose the most affordable service. In case of an error or product fault on our side we also refund your shipping cost but only if you have chosen the most affordable service in your country (mostly regular postal service).

Step 4: After having received and checked the product, we will normally refund the initial total payment within 3 working days. You will be refunded by PayPal or bank transfer. Based on the communication timing of the return, you can be refunden through the payment method chosen by you at the moment of the purchasing act (PayPal, or credit card) or bank transfer.

MasterCard, Visa, American Express Payment will be completed at the end of the order over a secure connection. Please note that your credit card company might charge you an international fee since our company is based in Italy.

PayPal Payment will be completed at the end of the order over a secure connection.

The bank transfer is also possible but the order will be confirmed if we will receive the money in seven days, otherwise your order will be canceled.

If an invoice is needed, please request it with  an e-mail at the moment of the purchase.

Minimum order

There is not a minimum order, except for United Kingdom which is 160.00 €

If the delivery address is in an European country, in order to take advantage of free shipping, it is required a minimum amount of €150.00
