The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below only govern the contractual relationship undertaken on the Websites www.riserva.it (hereafter referred to as “Website”) between the Visitor or Buyer (hereafter referred to as “You”) and the Host or Seller Riserva (hereafter referred to as “Riserva”) belonging to the company Riserva srl,

These general terms and conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable written prior dispensation.
Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly.
By confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general terms and conditions of sale, having read them.
These general terms and conditions of sale are important to you and Riserva as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.
The invalidity of one (part of) a clause does not affect the rest of applicability of these general terms and conditions of sale. Instead of the invalid clause or invalid part the relevant statutory provisions apply.
Riserva reserves the right to change specific parts of these general terms and conditions of sale. Therefore it is necessary to reread them during each visit of the Website.
These conditions take effect for the orders placed through Riserva web site www.riserva.it
The Website ordering process consists of 4 easy steps. Once you have chosen the products you would like to buy and have confirmed your basket, you must:
1. enter your personal information;
2. accept the general terms and conditions of sale by ticking the box;
3. select your method of payment;
4. pay for your order, which legally finalises the purchase agreement made with Riserva.

3. Product information
Riserva takes great care when putting information online and keeping them updated, with respect to the essential characteristics of our products, nevertheless the photographs illustrating the products may differ from the shipped product due to our constant innovation, small differences between dyeing baths of the textiles or even your screen color setup, so no claims can be made based on photographs, therefore, any statement or complaint is displayed based on these photographs it will not be taken into consideration.
The prices indicated on the Website are in Euros and include all EC taxes but do not include delivery cost and do not include duties for countries outside the European Community. The possible delivery costs are indicated for you during the product selection and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but will apply the current rates as indicated to you on the Website at the time the order was placed.
4b. Prices outside EC
All our prices are the same for EC and non-EC delivery addresses. The difference is that an EC price includes Italian VAT and a non-EC order has VAT 0%. Reason is that it takes us considerably more time to ship a non-EC shipment because of the paperwork involved. To keep things simple for us and the customer we therefore chose to use one price throughout the website for all customers. This means we do not refund VAT for outside EC orders since the product price for non-EC customers already has 0% VAT.
Please note that we will honour your order while stock is available. In the event where one of the products ordered is not in stock, we will contact you by e-mail in less than seven days as of your order date to inform you how long it will be before we are able to deliver the product.
If there are certain products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products and will pay the shipping fees for the rest of the order. We will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product. If you choose to refuse, we will reimburse the unavailable product. If you wish to return it to us in the conditions outlined in article 8 (right of retraction – returns), the fees will be covered by us.
The products purchased on our Website will be delivered to the address as filled in by you. Depending on your location Riserva will use the best shipping option according to our experience for that region. In all cases the delivery service will require your phone number on which you can be reached during office hours, which we will supply to them.
Riserva does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the Website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or force majeure. In the event where you do not receive your package in the indicated time frame, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several weeks upon receipt of your claim. During this period, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
Upon reception of your order, we recommend that you verify your products with the order that you placed with us and if necessary, write an e-mail to us, stating any anomalies that may have occurred. In the event of non-conformity of the product purchased, the User will have the choice between repair and replacement of the product, except if the desired option has an associated cost that is manifestly disproportionate to the alternative. We would like to inform you that a delivery time of two weeks is possible for delivery of your order depending on the country you live in.
For security reasons, all orders paid by credit card are verified by Riserva. Complementary information may be requested, or demanded, in order to validate your purchase. By consequence, and in trying to avoid any delay, when you place your order please enter the following:
An e-mail address that you check daily.
A telephone number (mobile, work or home) where you can be reached at office hours.
For any order above thousand (1000) Euros, a piece of ID as well as proof of address will be requested and should be sent via fax, mail, or e-mail. This measure is taken to protect clients and Riserva from possible fraud associated with bank cards.
7. Secure payment
Riserva offers 2 methods of payment: Credit card (Debit card, Visa or MasterCard) and PayPal.
Depending on your payment method a delivery delay of several days may arise, because as long as your payment has not been debited on the bank account of Riserva, your order will not be processed.
For payments made on-line by credit card, the “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) system of security is used, which allows for encrypting your banking information when on the network.
8. Right of Retraction – Returns
Riserva allows you 14 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with.
Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered and you can return the product within this time period, accompanied by your invoice and a print-out of the return confirmation e-mail from Riserva.
The right of return only applies to products that are in ‘as new’ condition, complete and that have not been used. It should be returned with the original box you received with it.
If you want to use your right of retraction, Riserva will reimburse within 14 days after your call for reimbursement. However we reserve the right to use 3 working days to inspect the returned products after receiving them. You will be reimbursed by Paypal or by bank transfer.
Riserva requests that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods.
Shipping fees and risk remain your responsibility, except if the product is not conform to its description.
9. Guarantees and After-Sales Service
9a. Legal guarantees
All products sold by Riserva come with a legal guarantee concerning product conformity and latent defects, as outlined in the following legal clauses.
You should notify Riserva of any non-conformities within a laps of two months after the product is delivered. You should notify Riserva of any latent defects within a laps of five years after the product is delivered. After mentioned lapses Riserva does not accept any responsibility for effects of non-conformities or latent defects.
Whatever the problem is with your product, you must attach, with the defective product, a copy of your invoice and a print-out of the return confirmation e-mail from Riserva.
Shipping fees of the products are your responsibility. However, if the product does not conform to the product description, shipping fees will be reimbursed to you only if you respect the delays mentioned above. You can return the product to us by mail or any comparable shipping company. Riserva will then do any necessary repairs.
Legal guarantees do not apply to repairs for damage caused by external origin (for example an accident) or by non-conforming, harmful or anyway not attributable to manufactuting defects.
All products sold by Riserva come with a 2 year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, zippers and fabric coatings and damage caused by an accident caused by you or a third party and damage due to harmful, very intensive, abnormal or non-conform usage of the product.
Riserva determines whether a default is covered by warranty or not and whether it will be repaired or replaced.
In the event where Riserva will not provide service under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be given to you. If you agree to the estimate, repair/replacement will be done after acceptance of the estimate and reception of your payment. Administrative fees may be charged if payment for the estimate is not made.
Riserva will not be held liable for poor use and its consequences on the products purchased from the Website. Although our products have performance that is compatible with professional usage, the Website does not sell products for professional usage.
Riserva will not be held responsible for consequences on the purchase, delivery and product resulting from a force majeure and in case of mistake of the customer of resulting from actions of a third party.
11. Commentary, criticism, communication
Any opinions left by you on the Riserva Website or social media (including our Instagram or facebook page) are screened and moderated by the marketing team. If the comments infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out of context commentary), Riserva reserves the right to refuse it or to modify it.
12. Protection of personal data
Since the details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order. By registering on the Website, you agree to provide Riserva with sincere and true information as it concerns you. Communicating false information is contrary to the present General Conditions.
You have the permanent right to access and rectify all the information that concerns you. You can at any time make a request to Riserva to find out what personal information they have concerning you. You may at any time, and by request, modify this information.
If you accepted to receive our promotional e-mails when you registered on the Website, offers including new items, clearance, exclusivities, good deals etc. will be sent to you. You may at any time request not to receive any further e-mails from us by clicking on the link created for this purpose and inserted at the bottom of each page of our emails. Collected personal information will not be sold or given to third parties, unless when required by law. you can order the deletion of your personal information from our files through an email to email@example.com
13. Intellectual ownership
The content of the Website is property of Riserva. It is protected by international legislation concerning copyright and intellectual, artistic and literary property. All parts present on the Website, like models, logo's pictures, layout and brands are protected by the right on intellectual property and form as such the exclusive property of Riserva.
14. Photo copyright
The photos on this website are mostly provided by professional hunters and filmakers that work with Riserva. We always ask the photographers permission to use the images. These pictures may not be reproduced or used without the prior written consent of the author, other than by downloading and viewing on a single computer and / or printing a single hard copy for personal, non-commercial use.
If you find a photo that you created placed without your required permission or without credit notice, please contact us so we can fix it immediately or delete the image.
